No matter what we do in internet, we always need support from respective parties. Support has been a huge problem all the time, before going with any hosting, we should always make sure they provide quality support which actually solves all your problems.
In the past, not all hosting companies provided online chat along with phone support and email support, but as we can see now almost all the top web hosting providers provides online chat support, phone support and email support. But the question is, do they actually provide quality support? If the people who support you through online chat or phone doesn’t possess enough knowledge about the field where you need help, there is no use contacting them, they will only waste more of your time by asking some one else and so on, even a simple problem will take very long time to get solve.
I have experienced many problems with my past hosting providers during support. I was once stuck with the problem of moving large data from one domain to another because it takes more time, so I went for online chat support to find an answer, the answer I get was to download the files and then upload it to the new directory because their server has only 4mb RAM. Obviously it is the worst support ever, then I figured it out myself.
The point is before you go for any hosting company, search the internet for reviews and communities to find out about their support quality.
